Ein paar würden es gern versuchen, claire ist der meinung, irgendwo wo die anzahl der spieler*innen groß ist (also wien) wäre ideal.Hi there!
I can't find the discussion about how to avoid token WTNB players on squad teams and I don't know if this idea has come up and been discussed already but I thought I might share it...
Wouldn't it be possible to say "Two gender identities (or whatever other term might be more appropriate) have to be on court at all times."? Say you have a 6 player squad you'll have to have 3 males + 3 WTNB if you don't want to burn out your WTNB players during the weekend.
Any thoughts? Please feel free to also share if there's been a discussion about this before.
